Hunter’s Ridge only allows in ground pools, above groun pools are prohibited. Privacy fences 42″-48″ tall are only allowed if an in ground pool is installed.
No trailer, motor home, rv, boat, or other movable vehicle may be stored on the property except inside the garage. No structure may be fabricated for the express purpose of storing them either.
The City of Beavercreek Parks and Recreation owns and maintains Hunters Ridge Park.
Homeowners are responsible for the sidewalks on their property.
The City of Beavercreek is responsible for snow removal, street maintenance, and pothole repairs
The City of Beavercreek is responsible plowing the streets and snow removal.
There are no covenants or restrictions on grass height other than City of Beavercreek’s ordinance on 10″ maximum height.
The original HOA covenant and restrictions against satellite dish installation has been superseded by the Telecommunications Act of 1996 which prohibits any HOA, condo association, landlord, state or local government to enact restrictions that impair the installation, maintenance, or use of antennas used to receive video programming.
